1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

Eraphina is a premium management agency for OnlyFans creators, providing marketing, branding, sales, and account management services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Eligibility

To apply and work with Eraphina, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal right to enter into a contract.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and OnlyFans’ terms of service.

4. Application Process

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Eraphina reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
  • Applicants may be contacted for further information or an interview before acceptance.

5. Client Responsibilities

Once accepted as a creator under Eraphina’s management, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary content and cooperate with our team to optimize your brand.
  • Follow OnlyFans guidelines and avoid prohibited content.
  • Not engage in fraudulent activity or misleading promotions.
  • Grant Eraphina the necessary permissions to manage and market your account.

6. Payment & Revenue Sharing

  • Revenue share and payment terms will be outlined in a separate contract upon acceptance.
  • Payments will be processed as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • Eraphina is not responsible for payment delays caused by OnlyFans or third-party payment processors.

7. Termination

Eraphina reserves the right to terminate the partnership if:

  • The creator violates OnlyFans policies, these terms, or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • The creator fails to cooperate or provide necessary content for management.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as per contractual terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their content, but grant Eraphina the right to use, market, and distribute it for promotional purposes.
  • Any branding, marketing materials, or strategies developed by Eraphina remain the intellectual property of Eraphina.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Eraphina is not responsible for financial losses, account suspensions, or third-party actions beyond our control.
  • Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction agreed upon in the contract.

12. Changes to Terms

Eraphina may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
